• The project has not progressed beyond initial concepts or planning phase

• There is a clear failure to meet agreed timelines due to our fault

b. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be applicable in the following scenarios:

• The service has been partially or fully delivered

• The delay or dissatisfaction is caused due to client-side issues (e.g., delayed communication, incomplete requirements)

• The client changes the scope or cancels the project after work has started

• Digital marketing services (such as ad spend or SEO) where the service has already been executed

• Design revisions or creative direction changes after approval of the concept

Our team will review the request and respond within 7 business days. If the request is approved, refunds (if any) will be processed within 10-15 business days via the original method of payment.

You may cancel a service before work begins or within the initial project discussion phase. If cancellation is done after project initiation, only a partial refund may be considered based on the work completed.
